Kirsty,
I generally undertake a wide
variety of tasks, from making the tea to filing and paperwork through
to answering email questions from customers. I also ensure all packages
are correctly sorted for Royal Mail pickup and Courier dispatch,
throughout the day I print off the orders and pass them over for
picking.
Nick,
Pick, Pack and Label, I
really enjoy boxes and tape and :), no really I take the order
printouts from Kirsty and pick the orders for the day. Then I pack and
label where needed and put them ready for the sending. I then put my
feet up and have a few cups of tea but don't tell Darren or Nick (yes
another Nick). I also receive deliveries, check these against the
shipping notes and shelve the products. When I get time I watch
repeating DVD's of the Gumball rally in the background............
Darren,
I buy and order on behalf of
the firm, the AutoBulbsOnline is only a small part of my daily regime,
so I'm mainly hidden away on the phone when I'm not at trade fairs
looking at a variety of products.
Nick(2),
Two Nick's make it tricky but I don't have anything to do with Picking
or Packing and work mainly with our other products lines and the trade
factors.
